On a chilly morning, just before Christmas, a former scientist stares out the window at the ice-tipped branches of a crooked tree. “How can I dive deeper,” she wonders. “How can I connect…?”

This blog started as an experiment to engage more fully with books. In 2019, I’m planning to review every single book I read, and this blog was created to hold me accountable.
